About The Role
We are seeking an experienced
Talent Acquisition Specialist who can manage end-to-end hiring for IT, Cloud, DevOps, and Engineering roles. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth organization.
This is a full-time, onsite role based in Hyderabad (5 days working from office).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles across IT, Cloud, DevOps, and Engineering teams
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, and timelines
- Source candidates using multiple channels job portals, social platforms, referrals, and networking
- Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and evaluate technical/role fit
- Coordinate interview schedules, collect feedback, and ensure smooth communication with candidates
- Maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Negotiate offers, manage onboarding coordination, and ensure excellent candidate experience
- Track hiring metrics and share regular updates with leadership
- Maintain recruitment databases, reports, and compliance documentation
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives when needed
Required Skills & Experience
- 57 years of proven experience in technical recruitment
- Solid track record hiring for IT, Cloud, DevOps, and engineering profiles
- Strong sourcing knowledge (LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, networks, etc.)
- Experience handling multiple positions and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Qualifications
- Master's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- Strong understanding of modern technology roles and hiring best practices
- Proven experience managing recruitment processes through an ATS.
- Preferably with experience working in mid-sized or startup companies within the Life Sciences, Healthcare, or Pharmaceutical domains.
