Job Type: Onsite (Hybrid) Gujarat Office

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, for professionals.
  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to find top talent according to the job requirements.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to ensure the best fit.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their recruitment needs.
  • Stakeholder Management: Ensure smooth collaboration with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers, support teams and HR team.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of recruitment experience in an IT product/services firm.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities.
  • Proven track record of successful placements.
  • Proficient with LinkedIn, ATS tools and MS Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and candidate communication.
  • Flexible to support US teams with late-evening interview coordination.
  • Work independently in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities.

Qualification:

  • Any bachelor's degree with hands-on experience in IT recruitment.
  • Experience with recruitment ATS software and tools.
  • Self - starter and independently handle the activities.
