Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, for professionals.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to find top talent according to the job requirements.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to ensure the best fit.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their recruitment needs.
- Stakeholder Management: Ensure smooth collaboration with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers, support teams and HR team.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of recruitment experience in an IT product/services firm.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Proven track record of successful placements.
- Proficient with LinkedIn, ATS tools and MS Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and candidate communication.
- Flexible to support US teams with late-evening interview coordination.
- Work independently in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities.
Qualification:
- Any bachelor's degree with hands-on experience in IT recruitment.
- Experience with recruitment ATS software and tools.
- Self - starter and independently handle the activities.
