Job Responsibilities
- Understand and capture client IT specific requirements.
- Effectively source and screen applicants for technical positions.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with the technical panels.
- Drive end-to-end recruitment in both permanent and payroll positions.
- List job postings on job boards, social media, corporate career web sites, and other channels.
- Negotiate salary, benefits, compensation, and complete the onboarding.
- Hire for a diverse set technologies like PHP, Node JS, Microsoft .NET, Java, Angular, React, Salesforce, SAP, Hadoop, Hbase, MongoDB, SQL Database, AI/ML technologies, Cloud services like AWS, Azure, CCP, --OpenStack , RPA technologies like Uipath, Automation Anywhere, and more.
Qualifications/Skills
- Graduate in Arts/Commerce/Management
- A minimum of 1 - 3 years experience with bulk hiring in the IT industry.
- MBA/PG in HR (preferred)
- Proven ability to handle revenue targets and onboarding targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of interpersonal skills, integrity, and solid team playing capabilities.
