Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle IT recruitment for contract and C2H roles
• Coordinate with hiring managers and clients to understand role expectations
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using portals and networks
• Maintain talent pipelines and ensure timely closures for project-based needs

Key Deliverables:

• Successful onboarding of C2H/contractual tech candidates
• Updated candidate tracker and recruitment MIS
• Improved turnaround time and closure ratios
• Stronger client relationships through effective stakeholder communication
