Your Role
Job Summary: This person will be working as TA but doing hardcore researching and creating pipline for leardership role any industry is fine but IT experience in needed.
- Pipeline Creation Build and maintain a pipeline of senior leadership candidates across industries, with a focus on IT roles.
- Talent Mapping & Insights Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and develop org charts, salary grids, and talent landscape reports.
- Data Management Capture and update candidate data accurately in ATS and maintain talent pools for future hiring needs.
- Sourcing & Identification Use social media, job boards, and research tools to identify and source top-tier leadership talent.
- Reporting & Analytics Prepare client-ready deliverables, dashboards, and reports highlighting talent insights and market trends.
Your Profile
Total Experience: 6-9 Years only
- Research Expertise Strong experience in market research, talent mapping, competitor analysis, and creating org charts for leadership roles.
- Sourcing Tools Knowledge Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, BoardEx, Capital IQ, ZoomInfo, Naukri, and other research databases.
- Data & Reporting Skills Ability to create dashboards and reports using Power BI, Excel, and other visualization tools.
- Industry Exposure Prior experience in IT or technology sector preferred; familiarity with professional services or consulting environments.
- Communication & Organization Excellent English communication skills, stakeholder management, and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
