Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate and manufacturing roles.
  • Partner with stakeholders to align hiring with business needs.
  • Drive sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Handle talent mapping, offer negotiation, and candidate closure.
  • Manage vendors, employer branding, and improve hiring processes using AI tools.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong expertise in talent acquisition and high-volume hiring.
  • Skilled in sourcing (LinkedIn, Naukri) and hiring niche roles.
  • Data-driven with strong analytics and MIS reporting skills.
  • Knowledge of labour laws, HR systems, and vendor management.
  • Manufacturing Experience is Mandatory.
  • 8–12 years of experience.
