Primary Responsibilities:
- Craft and execute smart and effective talent acquisition plans that align with our company's goals. Work closely with senior leaders to predict and plan for hiring needs, with a special focus on leadership and key roles.
- Take charge of the entire recruitment process for all positions. Use your keen eye to assess candidates and ensure they're a perfect fit for our culture and values.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with hiring managers and department heads to make sure everyone's on the same page. Keep everyone in the loop with regular updates on recruitment progress and market insights.
- Conduct thorough screening and interviewing processes to evaluate candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Design and manage a smooth onboarding process that helps new hires feel welcome and integrated.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, guiding market trends, candidate availability, and competitive intelligence
- Make sure every candidate has a great experience throughout the recruitment process. Implement best practices to boost the candidate experience and showcase our employer brand.
Required Skills:
- 8 plus experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience in Business & Global Hiring.
- Proven track record of successfully filling technical roles across various levels and domains.
- Strong understanding of concepts and the ability to assess candidates skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
- Certifications in recruiting or human resources.
