deep understanding of social media recruitment strategies
Proficiency with social media, CV databases and communication skills
Go-getter attitude with the superlative sense of accountability and ownership
Demonstrated ability to work with multiple cross functional stakeholders
Ability to track, analyze, and use recruitment metrics to drive decisions and optimize
recruitment strategies
Excellent analytical skills
Excellent working knowledge on MS Office Suite
Business understanding, customer centricity, learning agility and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete talent acquisition process for Accorian spanning across sourcing,
screening, interviewing, and hiring across multiple business verticals.
Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, social media recruitment,
and direct outreach to identify top talent.
Leverage social media platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and niche forums to attract passive
candidates and build a strong talent pipeline
Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to understand the role and deliver toptier
talent in a timely manner.
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes, ensure efficiency, and optimize
the candidate experience.
Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining timely communication and providing
an engaging recruitment process.
Continuously enhance recruitment processes to meet organizational goals and stay
competitive in the talent market.
Conduct market research to understand talent trends, salary benchmarks, and competitors
hiring strategies
