Role Overview

We're looking for a high-energy Talent Acquisition Specialist who can drive end-to-end hiring.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and enjoys partnering closely with business leaders.

Location: Andheri (Work from office)

Key Responsibilities

● Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to offer rollout)

● Partner with hiring managers across Marketing, Ecommerce, Product, Finance, Supply Chain, Tech

functions

● Drive high-volume hiring with speed and quality

● Build strong talent pipelines using LinkedIn, referrals, and market mapping

● Anchor and scale the Employee Referral Program

● Ensure best-in-class candidate experience

● Track and report hiring metrics (TAT, conversion ratios, source effectiveness)

● Collaborate on employer branding initiatives

Qualifications & Experience

● 3–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (startup/D2C preferred)

● Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills

● Proven ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously

● Experience in fast-paced / high-growth environments

● Data-driven mindset with strong ownership

● Excellent communication and influencing skills
