Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with 7+ years of experience managing talent hiring and also HR operations for 300+ employees in a manufacturing setup.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end HR management, including recruitment, onboarding, compliance, employee relations, and legal coordination (labor laws, contracts, PF, ESI, factory act, disciplinary actions, etc.).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage HR operations for 300+ staff across plant and office.
- Hiring the right talent for the current opening
- Oversee payroll, compliance, and HR documentation through KEKA/ERP.
- Draft & manage employment contracts, warning letters, NDAs, and legal notices.
- Liaise with external legal advisors and labor departments.
- Drive performance reviews, employee engagement, and retention systems.
- Handle grievances and ensure labor law compliance across all units.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong command over labor laws, HR policies, and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent communication, people management & documentation skills.
- Hands-on with KEKA or any HRMS and MS-Excel reporting.
