Position Summary
BlitzenX is looking for an experienced
Guidewire Recruiter with 4+ years of expertise in hiring niche insurance technology talent. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Guidewire components and a proven track record in sourcing and closing specialized roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand hiring needs for Guidewire roles such as Policy Center, Billing Center, and Claim Center
- Source and attract candidates with Guidewire expertise through job portals, LinkedIn, and professional networks
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Assess candidates experience in Guidewire implementations, integrations, and upgrades
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of Guidewire professionals
- Handle offer negotiation and ensure successful onboarding
- Track recruitment metrics and maintain reports
Required Skills
- 4+ years of experience in IT recruitment, with a focus on Guidewire hiring
- Strong understanding of Guidewire platform and its components
- Experience hiring for roles like Guidewire Developer, Architect, Consultant, and Business Analyst
- Expertise in sourcing niche technical talent
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or related field
- Experience hiring for the insurance domain
- Knowledge of Guidewire certifications and project lifecycle
