We urgently need Talent Acquisition Professional to work from Gurgaon office (No Remote)
Experience: Fresher or 0-4 years in both IT & Non IT Hiring
Fresher need to sign Service Agreement for 1 year.
Salary: For Fresher -17k Stipend for 1 year
For 1-4 years ; CTC: 2.5 LPA- 5.5 LPA ( 10% Variable included)
Gender: Any
Communication & Recruitment Skill should be Good.
Mode of Interview : F2F in Gurgaon office
Work Location: Need to work from Gurgaon Office ( 5 Days in a week)
(Day Shift Only)
Mode of Hiring: Permanent Payroll of Binary Semantics.
Job responsibilities:
Your key duties and responsibilities as a Talent Acquisition Specialist would be:
In-house Hiring ; To hire Resources both on IT & Non IT through Portal / Social Media/ Head Hunting / Reference etc.
To develop and carry out talent acquisition strategies for the company
Develop a company policy for talent assessment, bench marking, and interviews
Source candidates and fill in vacant positions in the company
Manage the entire recruitment process and Campus Hiring Process
Represent the company at events and build a network
Counsel candidates regarding salary, company benefits, and work environment
Prepare a report on a monthly basis for key talent acquisition metrics
Work closely with the HR department to stay updated and meet the company's hiring needs
Coordinate with the marketing department to build innovative talent acquisition strategies
Maintain good relations with past and potential candidates
Stay updated and well researched with talent acquisition trends
Requirements and skills
Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office
Strong verbal and written presentation skills
Effective communication skills
