This full-time on-site role is based in Bhubaneswar, where the Talent Acquisition Specialist will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process. Key responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates, coordinating and conducting interviews, developing strong employer branding strategies, and building relationships with internal stakeholders to meet talent needs effectively. The role requires close collaboration with hiring managers and leadership to ensure the acquisition of top-tier talent aligns with company goals and culture.

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruitment strategies.
• Solid expertise in Candidate Sourcing, Screening, and Interviewing processes.
• Experience in Employer Branding, with innovative approaches to showcasing company values and culture.
• Strong relationship-building skills with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail during hiring processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; relevant certifications are an added advantage.
