Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven Talent Acquisition Specialist who can source, engage, and recruit oncologists and oncology-related specialists across underserved markets.
This is not a routine HR role it requires deep market mapping, relationship building, and persistence in a highly supply-constrained specialty.
You will play a critical role in building the clinical backbone of a fast-growing oncology platform.
Key Responsibilities
1. Specialist Talent Sourcing
- Identify and map Medical Oncologists, Hemato-Oncologists, Radiation Oncologists
- Build a strong pipeline across:
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities in Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Punjab
- Metro-based oncologists open to outreach/visiting roles
- Use multiple channels: LinkedIn, networks, conferences, referrals, medical associations
2. Market Intelligence & Mapping
- Create and maintain a live database of oncologists in North India
- Track:
- Current hospital affiliations
- Practice patterns (full-time / visiting)
- Compensation benchmarks
- Provide leadership with insights on talent availability and gaps
3. Candidate Engagement & Conversion
- Build relationships with hard-to-reach specialists
- Pitch opportunities in a mission-driven, growth-oriented platform
- Coordinate interviews, negotiations, and onboarding
4. Employer Branding
- Position Bharat Oncology as a preferred destination for oncologists
- Drive outreach via: LinkedIn campaigns, WhatsApp networks, Medical groups & forums
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 410 years in healthcare recruitment, preferably:
- Doctor recruitment / specialist hiring
- Hospital HR or healthcare consulting
Strong understanding of:
- Oncology ecosystem (preferred but not mandatory)
- Indian healthcare talent landscape
- Proven ability to hire for niche / hard-to-fill roles
