About The Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition professional to join our expanding recruitment team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about sourcing top talent and building high-performing teams. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, engaging with stakeholders, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates should possess a minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition or recruitment. The role is based in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad), and candidates must be willing to work from the office. A background in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates across various domains is essential. Candidates should also have familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing tools such as Naukri, and social media platforms used for talent acquisition.

- Engaging with candidates professionally to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
