Role Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage end-to-end hiring for assigned business functions, partnering with hiring managers to plan, source, assess, and close candidates. The role focuses on building strong pipelines, ensuring a great candidate experience, and delivering timely, high-quality hires while maintaining compliance and process rigor.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles: intake, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, offer rollout, and joining.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, success profiles, and timelines.
- Develop sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, agencies, and talent mapping.
- Screen candidates for role fit, motivation, compensation alignment, and cultural fit; share structured feedback.
- Coordinate interview logistics and ensure timely communication with candidates and panel members.
- Drive offer management: compensation benchmarking inputs, negotiation support, documentation, and onboarding coordination.
- Maintain ATS updates, candidate records, and recruitment metrics (TAT, funnel conversion, source effectiveness).
- Support TA process improvements (standard interview kits, scorecards, pipeline templates, vendor management).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's/ Master's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
- 48 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition (in-house or agency).
- Strong sourcing skills and hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter / job portals / ATS.
- Experience hiring across one or more areas such as Sales, Service, Engineering, Manufacturing, Corporate functions.
