- Manage end-to-end recruitment for C2H and permanent roles
- Source, screen, and close candidates across multiple platforms
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand requirements
- Handle candidate communication, negotiations, and offer closures
- Maintain recruitment metrics and ensure timely closures

- 24 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- Strong hands-on experience in C2H hiring
- Excellent sourcing skills (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Willingness to work from the office full-time
