Job Description – Recruiter (EU/US Hiring)

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to support our expanding global projects. The ideal candidate will have outstanding English communication skills and strong hands-on experience in EU/US recruitment, with a proven ability to hire across diverse roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for EU/US regions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and pipeline management.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for ongoing and upcoming hiring needs.
- Communicate effectively with candidates through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand hiring priorities and project requirements.
- Ensure an efficient and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and documentation accurately.
Requirements:
- Mandatory experience in EU/US recruitment.
- Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Strong sourcing abilities through LinkedIn, job boards, and other platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
- Comfortable working mid-day and night shifts.
- Highly organised, self-driven, and able to meet deadlines.
