Job Title: Talent Acquisition Lead US & UK Markets

Experience: 25 Years

Location: Coimbatore

Shift: Rotational Shifts (US & UK Time Zones)

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Lead with strong hands-on exposure to US and UK recruitment markets. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing end-to-end recruitment independently, partnering with stakeholders, and meeting hiring targets in a fast-paced environment. This role requires excellent sourcing expertise, ownership of hiring projects, and the ability to lead recruitment activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for US and UK markets, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout, and onboarding
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, job portals, referrals, Boolean search, ATS, and networking
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate suitability, technical skills, and cultural fit
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand job requirements and hiring priorities
  • Handle offer negotiations, salary discussions, and candidate closure
  • Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, ATS updates, and hiring reports
  • Ensure compliance with internal hiring policies and regional recruitment standards
  • Manage recruitment projects independently and ensure timely fulfillment of hiring goals
  • Support employer branding initiatives and continuous improvement of recruitment processes
  • Guide or support junior recruiters/HR team members when required
  • Ability to support global and cross-regional recruitment requirements, when required, across multiple geographies and time zones.

Key Requirements

  • 25 years of experience in US and/or UK recruitment (IT or Non-IT)
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Hands-on experience with ATS, sourcing tools, and recruitment best practices
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements simultaneously
  • Comfortable working in US and UK time zones
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in direct client recruitment
  • Prior exposure to W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models
  • Good understanding of US employment laws, visa types, and compliance basics
  • Experience mentoring junior recruiters or handling team responsibilities
