Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Mumbai. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, developing employer branding strategies, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and facilitating the hiring process. The role involves close collaboration with hiring managers to align talent acquisition strategies with organizational goals, ensuring the recruitment of high-quality candidates who align with the company's values and objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting strategies
• Strong experience in conducting effective interviews and managing the Hiring process
• Knowledge of Employer Branding techniques
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
