Job Title: TA Executive

Key Responsibilities:
As an Talent Acquisition Executive with a primary focus on talent acquisition, you will play a
crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and selecting top-tier candidates to meet the organization's
staffing needs.
Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned
with the organization's goals
Sourcing: Utilize various channels to source high-quality candidates, including job
boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals
Screening: Conduct initial resume screening and interviews to assess candidate
suitability
Interview Coordination: Manage and coordinate the interview process, ensuring a
positive candidate experience
Selection and Onboarding: Facilitate the selection process, including offer negotiation,
and collaborate with other departments for a seamless onboarding experience
Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience in talent acquisition with a focus on end-to-end recruitment processes
• Familiarity with HR operations and business partnering
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
