About the Role:
AAFT is looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have experience in EdTech hiring or recruiting B2C sales professionals and other business roles. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for B2C sales and other functional roles
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels
- Screen profiles and conduct initial candidate assessments
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth hiring processes
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future roles
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience
Requirements:
- 25 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
- Experience in EdTech hiring or B2C sales hiring preferred
- Strong hands-on experience with job portals and candidate sourcing techniques
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple positions in a fast-paced environment
