We are seeking a full-time Talent Acquisition Recruiter for an on-site position at our Noida office. In this role, you will oversee the complete recruitment process, from sourcing potential candidates to onboarding new hires. Key responsibilities include sourcing talent through various channels, conducting interviews to evaluate potential hires, collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements, and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience for candidates and stakeholders alike. You will play a vital role in building a talented and motivated workforce that aligns with organizational values and goals.

• Expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Recruiting, and Hiring processes
• Strong skills in Communication and Interviewing
• Proficiency in leveraging talent acquisition tools and platforms
• Ability to build positive relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
• Previous experience in talent acquisition or recruitment is advantageous
