Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will support the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management. This role is suitable for candidates with 0–2 years of recruitment experience who are looking to build their career in Talent Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with hiring managers to clarify job specifications.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Create and optimize Boolean search strings to identify relevant candidates.
- Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screening based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidates for skills, experience, communication, and role fit.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate recruitment records in the ATS/HRMS.
- Assist with salary discussions, offer coordination, and pre-joining follow-ups.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular updates on hiring progress.
- Stay updated on sourcing techniques, recruitment trends, and talent market conditions.
Required Skills
- 0–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Staffing, or HR Recruitment.
- Good understanding of the recruitment lifecycle.
- Experience with LinkedIn and/or job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, or similar platforms.
- Basic knowledge of Boolean search and candidate sourcing techniques.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Good follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Internship or prior experience in recruitment will be an advantage.
- Experience recruiting for IT/technical positions is a plus.
