Role Description

This is a remote internship with NAZZTEC's Talent Acquisition team. As a Trainee/Intern, you'll support end-to-end hiring activities — including candidate sourcing, job explanation, screening, and recruitment coordination. You will work closely with experienced IT Technical Recruiters and get hands-on exposure to industry tools and real-time processes.

Who We Are Looking For

Must Have:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in fluent English, without any mother tongue influence
• Ability to confidently and clearly communicate job roles and opportunities to candidates
• Strong professional writing skills for emails, job descriptions, and internal communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• A genuine desire to build a career in Talent Acquisition / IT Technical Recruitment

Should Have:

• A proactive and learning-oriented attitude
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with recruitment tools or job portals (preferred but not mandatory)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS and hands-on experience with Microsoft Outlook for communication and scheduling
• Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
