About the Role:

We are looking for a highly driven Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our HR team. This is a core recruitment role where you will take ownership of hiring across functions and play a critical role in scaling our team. You will work closely with leadership and hiring managers, managing end-to-end recruitment and ensuring we attract and hire top talent in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment (Core Focus)

  • Own and manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and closure
  • Actively source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other relevant platforms
  • Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidate fit, communication, and intent
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
  • Drive a seamless and high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain and manage candidate pipelines, ATS, and hiring trackers
  • Draft, refine, and manage job descriptions and job postings

Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
  • Drive alignment on candidate profiles, feedback, and hiring decisions
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of open positions

Recruitment Strategy & Operations

  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Track and report key recruitment metrics (pipeline, conversion, TAT, closures)
  • Identify and implement improvements in sourcing strategies and hiring processes

Onboarding Support

  • Ensure smooth candidate transition from offer to onboarding
  • Support pre-joining engagement to reduce drop-offs

Who We Are Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment (startup experience preferred)
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end hiring processes
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple roles simultaneously
  • Comfortable working with Excel, Google Sheets, ATS, and hiring tools
  • Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a bias for action
  • Someone who can work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
