Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter based in Bengaluru. The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will handle the full lifecycle recruitment process, including creating effective hiring strategies, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process. The role also includes engaging with various teams to understand their hiring requirements and maintaining a strong pipeline of potential candidates.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processes
• Strong Hiring and Interviewing skills with the ability to identify top talent
• Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with candidates and hiring teams
• Ability to build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Experience with recruitment software and tools is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• 3 to 4 years in real estate preferred
