Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Talent Acquisition Associate / Sr. Associate to support

end-to-end recruitment operations for hiring requirements across India and the US.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in non-IT hiring, particularly across Finance,

Accounting and Tax domains, along with hands-on exposure to ATS/HRMS systems and recruitment analytics. This role requires the ability to manage multiple positions, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure timely, high-quality hiring outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles.

Handle non-IT hiring, specifically in Finance, Accounting, and Tax domains.

Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, job specifications, and hiring timelines.

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels, including job portals, referrals, and networking.

Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality of hire.

Track and maintain recruitment data, including TAT, source effectiveness, and offer conversion ratios.

Utilize ATS/HRMS systems to manage candidate pipelines, documentation, and reporting.

Maintain recruitment trackers and dashboards for internal reporting and analysis.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer rollout processes.

Support process improvements and contribute to enhancing recruitment efficiency and best practices.
