Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
- Use job boards, social media, referrals, and networks to attract talent.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and maintain candidate pipelines.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment best practices.
Talent Acquisition Lead
- Drive the talent acquisition strategy aligning with business goals.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters.
- Build and maintain relationships with business leaders and external partners.
- Enhance recruitment processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
- Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports for management.
Skills & Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition within service industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
- Proficiency with ATS tools and recruitment technologies.
