Location: Gurgaon/Mohali/Karnal

Experience: 2+ years (Recruiter) / 3+ years (Talent Acquisition Lead)

About The Role

We are seeking dynamic and result-driven recruitment professionals to join our growing team. The roles include a Recruiter with at least 2 years of experience handling end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions, and a Talent Acquisition Lead with 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, along with team leadership exposure. Both roles are ideal for candidates from a service-oriented background, adept at working in fast-paced, people-centric environments.

Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Use job boards, social media, referrals, and networks to attract talent.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and maintain candidate pipelines.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment best practices.

Talent Acquisition Lead

  • Drive the talent acquisition strategy aligning with business goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters.
  • Build and maintain relationships with business leaders and external partners.
  • Enhance recruitment processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports for management.

Skills & Requirements

  • Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition within service industries.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
  • Proficiency with ATS tools and recruitment technologies.
  • Leadership skills (for Talent Acquisition Lead), with experience managing a team.
