Talent Acquisition Specialist at Metaguise Company.

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and play a crucial role. In this position, you will be responsible for continuously seeking out top talent, End to End Recruitment, head hunting, developing a compelling employment brand, and fostering positive relationships with candidates and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

-Responsible for planning, developing, managing and overseeing talent acquisition and recruitment processes and strategies.

- Utilize headhunting, referrals, and networking to identify and attract high-quality candidates for niche and leadership roles.

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.

- Utilize various platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, Naukri, Glassdoor and all other job portals to identify potential candidates and build a strong talent pipeline.

- Conduct phone and in-person interviews, assess candidate qualifications and fit for the company culture.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and requirements.

- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

- Provide regular updates and communicate with candidates throughout.

-Create and present KRA and KPI reports.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree/ Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience of Minimum 7 years in talent acquisition or recruitment.

- Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Monster, Glassdoor, Flex Job etc.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the company culture.
