Compensation Range:

₹3L – ₹4.5L • No equity

What You Will Be Doing:

End-to-end IT recruitment: Proactively source talent via job boards/social media, manage job postings, conduct initial screenings for role fit, coordinate interviews with tech teams and handle the offer/compensation negotiation process.

Your experience and skills requirements:

• 1–4 years IT recruitment experience
• Tech Familiarity - You have hired for Backend, Frontend, DevOps, Cloud or other IT roles.
• A strong eye for technical talent- You look past the buzzwords to evaluate a candidate's genuine problem-solving skills and project impact.
• Good knowledge of Indian job boards & Boolean search
• Organized; multi-role management skills
• Thrives in a 100% remote, self-driven setup

Nice to Have

• Experience recruiting for startup or remote teams
• Familiarity with ATS or recruitment tools
• Experience hiring international or remote developers

• Consistently sharing quality profiles with hiring managers
• Closing open positions within reasonable timelines while maintaining candidate experience
• Managing the hiring process smoothly from sourcing to offer stage
• Building strong candidate pipelines for future roles
