Job Summary: We are expanding our talent acquisition capabilities and are looking for a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on identifying and engaging top-tier talent in the US market, primarily through LinkedIn and other online sourcing platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to proactively identify, connect with, and pipeline qualified candidates for open roles in the US.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and recruitment teams to understand job requirements and hiring needs.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for key positions across departments.
- Craft engaging outreach messages and job descriptions to attract passive candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
- Track outreach efforts, candidate progress, and pipeline metrics.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer.
- Stay updated on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and sourcing best practices in the US region.
Requirements:
- 35 years of experience in sourcing and recruiting for the US market, ideally within a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
- Proven track record of engaging and converting passive candidates using a variety of sourcing methods.
- Strong command of Boolean search techniques and advanced sourcing strategies.
- Familiarity with US employment norms, job functions, and compensation trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-driven, organized, and results-oriented with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
- Experience with ATS platforms is a plus.

- Prior experience recruiting for tech, or professional services sectors.
- Exposure to full-cycle recruiting or talent research.
