Talent Acquisition Specialist / IT Recruiter (Hyderabad)
Location: Vijayawada (Work from Office)

Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling, negotiation, onboarding.
- Manage multi-skill hiring:
- IT (Android, iOS, React.js, Node.js, MySQL, C/C++, TypeScript).
- QA/Testing (manual, automation).
- Customer Support (L1/L2/L3).
- Sales, Presales, Post-sales, HR, MIS.
- Leverage job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Foundit, etc.), ATS systems (Zoho, Ceipal, Workday, Taleo, SmartRecruiters, etc.).
- Build strong pipelines using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, headhunting, referrals, campus hiring.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver within timelines.
- Prepare MIS/recruitment reports and dashboards for leadership review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and support HR initiatives.
Requirements
- 510 years of recruitment experience with at least 5 years in IT/product hiring.
- Proven success with ATS tools, Naukri Resdex, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing channels.
- Strong knowledge of technical hiring domains (IT development, QA, support).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage high-volume and niche hiring under deadlines.
- Experience with MIS reporting and recruitment analytics is a plus.
- Local to Hyderabad preferred.
