We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our HR team and drive end-to-end hiring for our fast-growing eLearning company. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent across instructional design, content development, technology, and operations roles.
Contract Basis - 6 Months
Location - Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding).
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs in content, design, technology, and sales.
- Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals.
- Build a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate technical/functional interviews.
- Maintain recruitment dashboards and ensure smooth candidate experience.
- Drive employer branding initiatives in the eLearning and EdTech space.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- 25 years of experience in recruitment (experience in eLearning/EdTech preferred).
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements under tight deadlines.
- Passion for education, learning, and digital transformation.
