Key Responsibilities:
• End-to-end technical hiring for IT roles including Software Engineers, Leads, Architects, and other technology positions
• Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and social media channels
• Conducting initial HR and screening rounds to assess technical fit, communication, and overall suitability
• Coordinating interviews and ensuring a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Collaborating with hiring managers and stakeholders for timely closures
• Managing hiring targets with speed, quality, and ownership
Requirements:
• Proven experience in technical recruitment and lateral hiring
• Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong resume screening and candidate evaluation abilities
• Basic AI understanding is mandatory
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
