Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive – Staff Augmentation (C2C)

Location: Remote

Experience: 6 Months to 2 Years

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Executive with experience in IT Staff Augmentation (C2C hiring). The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates through vendor networks and direct sourcing for various client requirements. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with C2C vendors, implementation partners, and consulting companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit candidates for C2C / Staff Augmentation roles based on client requirements.

• Build and maintain relationships with vendors, implementation partners, and consulting firms.

• Review resumes, screen candidates, and assess technical and cultural fit.

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

• Negotiate rates and manage offer discussions with vendors and consultants.

• Maintain candidate pipeline and track submissions in the ATS or internal database.

• Ensure timely follow-ups with vendors and candidates.

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and priorities.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and client hiring standards.

Required Skills:

• Experience in C2C hiring / IT Staff Augmentation.

• Strong network of vendors and consulting companies.

• Hands-on experience with job portals such as Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

• Strong sourcing and screening skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• Experience working with US IT staffing or global clients is a plus.

• Knowledge of ATS tools and recruitment metrics.
