The team
The Global Talent Acquisition Operations & Training team supports our recruiting organizations across Hitachi Digital, Hitachi Digital Services and Hitachi Vantara. We make sure recruiters, hiring managers and stakeholders have the tools, processes and support they need to hire successfully. This is a collaborative environment where you will gain exposure to global HR operations, systems and cross-functional partners.
The role
As a Talent Acquisition Enablement Partner, you will help ensure our talent acquisition function runs smoothly and efficiently. You will be a trusted point of contact for the recruiting teams, support systems and vendor processes, and take part in projects that enhance the way we hire.
- Managing recruiter enquiries and support tickets through ServiceNow
- Coordinating with external TA vendors, including processing invoices and tracking contracts in Oracle/iProcure
- Partnering with internal teams such as Legal, Procurement and Finance across multiple countries
- Developing working knowledge of internal TA processes and the Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse), identifying opportunities for improvements
- Supporting communication with stakeholders and leaders
- Participating in technology and process implementations, for example Workday
- Conducting trainings for recruiters and hiring teams on systems and processes
- Creating and updating process documentation and manuals to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing
- Supporting candidate experience initiatives, including coordination of new joiner materials and onboarding logistics
- Assisting with internal talent programs such as employee referral workflows and tracking

This role provides broad exposure to HR systems, operations, global processes and project coordination, making it a strong foundation for a future career in TA, HR Operations, People Programs or similar areas.
