Job Overview:

As ourTalent Acquisition Partner,you won't just fill roles-you'll build teams.We're looking for someone who's creative, proactive, and passionate about finding great talent. You'll work closely with hiring managers, own end-to-end hiring, and play a key role in shaping the tech DNA of Locus.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Drive full-cycle hiring across tech roles-Engineering, Product, Data, and more.

  • Think beyond LinkedIn-craft innovative sourcing strategies, tap into tech communities, and build a strong pipeline.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and define what great looks like.

  • Deliver a top-notch candidate experience-timely, personal, and transparent.

  • Experiment with hiring channels, content, and campaigns to build brand visibility in the tech ecosystem.

  • Track hiring metrics and continuously improve the process.

What You Bring

  • 3-6 years of experience in tech hiring, ideally in a product startup environment.

  • Creative sourcing mindset-you know where to look and how to pitch.

  • Strong storytelling skills-you can sell a vision, not just a job.

  • Hands-on experience with ATS tools (Freshteam is a plus).

  • Hustle, ownership, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving setup.
