Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to support our growing hiring needs. This role is ideal for someone early in their recruitment career who is eager to learn end-to-end talent acquisition while working closely with hiring managers across functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment for entry- to mid-level roles across teams
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal networks
- Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidate fit
- Coordinate interview schedules and ensure timely communication with candidates and interviewers
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate data
- Deliver a smooth and positive candidate experience aligned with ListenFirst values
- Assist with employer branding initiatives, hiring drives, and recruitment projects
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 02 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment (freshers with relevant exposure may apply)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good stakeholder coordination and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and timelines effectively
- Basic understanding of recruitment lifecycle and sourcing methods
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) is a plus
