We combine embedded hiring, data, and modern tooling (ATS, AI sourcing, Slack, Airtable) to deliver faster, smarter recruitment. We sit at the intersection of talent and technology, supporting clients beyond hiring with insights, process optimisation, and DE&I strategy.

The role

You'll act as an embedded Talent Partner, owning end-to-end hiring for technology roles within high-growth tech environments.

You'll use market insight, technology, and data to attract, engage, and secure top engineering talent while continuously improving hiring performance.

What we're looking for

• Experience in tech recruitment (agency or in-house)
• Strong exposure to software engineering hiring
• Comfortable using recruitment tech tools and data
• Experience working with SaaS or scaling tech businesses
• Proactive, fast-paced, and commercially minded

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end engineering hiring
• Build and manage talent pipelines
• Partner with hiring managers on strategy and delivery
• Use data to track and optimise performance
• Integrate into client teams and tools
• Support offer management and closing
