Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Mumbai for a Talent Acquisition Manager. The Talent Acquisition Manager will manage the entire recruitment process, from full-life cycle recruiting and interviewing to hiring and employer branding. Daily tasks include collaborating with hiring managers, sourcing candidates through various channels, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring process. The role involves developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract top talent and maintaining a positive candidate experience.
