Position :
Manager - Talent Acquisition, UK & India (Corporate Hiring)
This individual contributor managerial role requires a proactive professional who can independently manage recruitment demand, set expectations, and build strong relationships with stakeholders across the UK & India market.
Responsibilities:
• Independently drive end-to-end TA delivery while expertly balancing stakeholder's expectations
• Own the end-to-end recruitment process including Sourcing, Screening, Strategy Meeting and offer creation / management for our United Kingdom and India market.
• Provide exceptional candidate care and ensure that candidates are effectively pre-screened before inclusion into the recruitment process inc. skills, cultural, and motivational fit.
• Use proactive sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive and active talent using Boolean searches and direct messaging, through platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and employee referrals.
• Research and recommend competitive packages in partnership with the hiring managers, HRBPs & Rewards.
• Build meaningful business relationships with key Client Groups, candidates, and HR Business Partners.
• Enhance Global Talent Acquisition credibility with stakeholders by sharing knowledge, data, and insight from the external market inc. competitor activity, trends & innovation.
What We're Looking For
• 8 - 14 years of experience in technology recruitment preferably in a fast-paced or startup environment
• Mandatory experience in TA Delivery for the UK & India markets
• Experience with ATS tools (e.g., SuccessFactors) and sourcing platforms
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
