About the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Senior Recruiter (Talent Sourcer) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and engaging highly qualified healthcare professionals through a variety of sourcing strategies. You'll play a key role in helping us maintain a strong talent pipeline and support the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle in collaboration with recruiters and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and source candidates through databases, job boards, internet research, academic institutions, and professional networks.
- Maintain accurate and updated candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Collaborate with recruiters to understand hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies accordingly.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential candidates and generate referrals.
- Stay updated on current market trends and sourcing innovations.
- Leverage the employer brand to attract and engage top talent.
- Complete weekly staffing reports and participate in recruiting projects as required.
Qualifications:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in recruitment or sourcing, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, sourcing tools, and engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet research, job portals, and applicant tracking systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
