We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment for a fast-growing Telecom organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution capability who can build robust hiring pipelines, drive employer branding, and ensure timely closure of critical positions across technical, operations, and corporate functions.
The TA Manager will work closely with the COO and VP to understand manpower planning, business expansion needs, and workforce strategy, ensuring the right talent is hired at the right time.
Candidates based in Mumbai will be preferred.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage complete recruitment lifecycle across all levels and functions
Partner with COO & VP to align hiring strategy with business growth plans
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies for telecom-specific roles
Build strong talent pipelines for technical, field operations, NOC, RF, fiber, and corporate roles
Drive employer branding initiatives and candidate experience
Manage internal TA team and external recruitment partners/vendors
Monitor recruitment KPIs: TAT, cost per hire, source effectiveness, and offer-to-join ratio
Implement structured interview and assessment processes
Ensure adherence to manpower budgets and approval workflows
Maintain and optimize ATS/database for talent tracking
Support onboarding coordination and workforce planning
Candidate Profile810 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with telecom industry exposure preferred
Strong understanding of telecom roles: RF, NOC, Fiber, O&M, rollout, project, and corporate hiring
Experience in stakeholder management with senior leadership
Proven track record of hiring at scale within tight timelines
Strong sourcing, negotiation, and vendor management skills
Data-driven approach with strong reporting and analytical ability
Excellent communication and team management skills
