Key Responsibilities:

  • Map the market to scout talent and continuously build a strong sales talent pipeline.
  • Lead employer branding initiatives to attract top sales talent.
  • Travel across multiple cities to conduct in-person interviews.

Requirements:

  • 7-9 years of experience in talent acquisition with a focus on sales hiring.
  • Preferably experienced in a startup environment.
  • Strong analytical skills combined with a proactive, action-oriented mindset.
  • Post-graduation from a Tier 1 institute preferred; relevant graduate experience is acceptable.
