Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Eluru for a Talent Acquisition Manager. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment life-cycle, including developing hiring plans, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. You will also focus on building and promoting a strong employer brand to attract top talent. Collaborating with department managers, you will play a key role in shaping the company's workforce and recruitment strategies.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processes
• Experience in Interviewing and Recruiting candidates across various roles
• Strong knowledge of Employer Branding and strategies to attract top talent
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and hiring managers
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in HR systems and applicant tracking systems is a strong advantage
