About the Role
The Manager / Senior Manager Talent Acquisition will be responsible for end-to-end hiring ownership for mid to senior level roles within Wholesale Banking and Private Banking business units. The role requires strong BFSI recruitment expertise, stakeholder partnership, market mapping capability, and execution excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Own full-cycle recruitment for Wholesale Banking / Private Banking portfolios
Partner closely with business leaders to understand workforce planning and hiring strategy
Drive sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, databases, and proactive market mapping
Screen, assess, and present high-quality profiles for niche and leadership roles
Manage offer negotiations, candidate engagement, and seamless onboarding
Build strong talent pipelines for critical banking skill sets
Ensure hiring quality, turnaround time, and compliance standards
Provide market insights, talent trends, and hiring analytics to stakeholders
Candidate Profile
3+ years of Talent Acquisition experience
Strong exposure to banking hiring - Wholesale/Corporate/Private Banking preferred
Proven ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships
Expertise in lateral hiring, niche sourcing, and market intelligence
Strong communication, negotiation, and execution skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hiring environment
