Role Overview:

As a Manager - Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end recruitment process for various business units within Reliance Industries, based in Navi Mumbai. You will partner closely with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand talent needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. Your work will directly contribute to building a high-performing workforce that fuels Reliance's continued success and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer negotiation, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies.

- Utilize various sourcing channels, including online job boards, social media, and employee referrals, to identify and attract top talent.

- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including behavioral interviews and skills evaluations, to determine the best fit for the organization.

- Leverage HR analytics to track recruitment metrics, identify trends, and improve the efficiency of the talent acquisition process.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external recruitment partners.

- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process effectively.

- Proven expertise in sourcing candidates through diverse channels and building talent pipelines.

- Strong interviewing and assessment skills, including behavioral interviewing techniques.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to analyze recruitment data and metrics to identify trends and improve performance.

- MBA degree in Human Resources is must.

- Familiarity with HR analytics tools and techniques.

- Experience required: 3 to 8 years of relevant experience.
