Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle for engineering and non‑engineering roles, from manpower requisition to candidate onboarding
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and professional networking channels to build a strong talent pipeline
Coordinate and schedule interviews efficiently, ensuring a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, technical and behavioral competencies, and hiring timelines
Maintain and regularly update recruitment pipelines, trackers, dashboards, and MIS reports to ensure data accuracy and transparency
Manage offer discussions and negotiations, ensuring timely closures within defined turnaround times (TAT)
Coordinate with the PAN‑India recruitment team to support hiring closures and centralized workforce planning
Track and monitor manpower requirements across functions and locations to align hiring efforts with business objectives
Monitor closure status and hiring progress, providing regular updates and insights to the HR Head
